Yemen could become failed state, top official declared

In an official statement delivered by the state news agency Saba News, Yemen FM Abu Bakr al-Qirbi has stated that his country "is facing the danger of becoming a failed state if it does not get support from the international community to improve its economy and help youth get alternatives to avoid extremism," Just before a FMs' meeting in London to discuss means of building stability in Yemen of which the delegation has been headed by PM Ali Mujawar, al-Qirbi told Reuters that "the reality is (that) the economic problem is the greatest reason behind all ordeals facing Yemen,"
